I was driving home from Walmart last night and was hit with a revelation, a thought that was immediately backed up with Holy Spirit chills – positive affirmation. You know what I’m talking about, when you think of something profound and get those chills and goosebumps and that inner voice that says Yes! Well I had that driving home with my week of groceries while listening to a really good Christian music hits station on my mobile app.
Today, we live in the generation of Faith. Everything we do in our Christian walk is centered in Faith. But there will come a time where the next people and quite possibly the last people live in an age of miracles.
I was thinking, after the rapture and those left behind will no longer have to live by faith alone but also by Miracles and marvels. And it makes sense, They have been left behind for whatever reason, they may not have any faith left. They thought they were going and now are not. That would be a real defeating blow! My faith would surely be tested in that situation.
But then thus starts the age of Miracles. They, as I would probably be more adept to following Christ when God begins to perform the many Miracles and wonders the Bible talks about in the end times.
After the rapture and before the great Tribulation God basically opens peoples eyes to the spiritual realm that has been hidden from us until this point. I believe people of that age are in for some pretty scary stuff especially when they are able to see Demons and Angles fighting each other. That alone would have me in awe and terror.
But then we also have the curses of the Tribulation and the Miracles that will be shown during those times. Those are going to be essential for whoever is left and following Christ in those days. I don’t think anyone could live by blind faith without some kind of visual proof with all that will be going on.
As much as I want to see the miracles, I absolutely don’t want to be on the planet in those days as they are going to be very, very hard for those who are left. Especially those who do not take the mark of the beast. Our bible tells us there will be some who don’t take the mark and escape death. There will be many who will turn from their sins and follow Christ in these times. I really believe the visual proof of God and Spiritual gifts will play a large part in this.
Regardless, If you can fight and live by faith today, you won’t have to be left behind to gamble with salvation or taking the mark. Remember, those who take the mark, and our bible says many will, will be cast into the lake of fire in the end. They will not taste eternal peace and happiness with Jesus. That’s a pretty terrifying thought. Its also terrifying to have to tell those evil being in power NO to the mark and being beheaded, but at least by dying for Christ, we will live with him for eternity.
There is a miracle going on today however, it is the miracle of Salvation and many of us who have been in backslide are being called and pulled back, why? I believe the Rapture is close probably closer than any realize. I sure pray everyone who has ever known Christ hears the call and no matter what they have done, returns to Jesus before they lose the chance to ever return.
