If you have been watching television this week or maybe living on social media, you have seen the vile sickness coming from the other side about Charlie Kirk’s death. Even some politicians have chosen a side in this and completely refuse to call it what it is. In fact if your really paying attention you have seen companies and corporations come out against Mr. Kirk, businesses most would have never thought to take the stance they have taken.
If you are anything like me you are pissed and probably chomping at the bit to go get revenge. I feel ya! I wanted to do the same thing. But we are different, We are not of this world. Scripture gives us clear instruction what to do and what not to do. Since we aren’t living in the flesh, we shouldn’t react to the flesh.
Do you remember when the Apostle Peter cut the ear off the guard who came to arrest Jesus? Jesus wasn’t having any of that and told Peter to stand down while healing the guard. Luke 22:51.
What we should be doing is praying for those who hate us! Matthew 5:44. Wrap yourself in the armor of God, Strap on the sword of the spirit, Pray in the Spirit for those who are lost, be the Christian soldier God wants us to be. The true Christian soldier has Love, Patients, Compassion and forgiveness for the lost soul. They are just like us once upon a time ago, they are lost and living for the flesh, They can’t necessarily hear God’s calling. So go out and unplug their hearts so that call can penetrate them allowing you to help bring them home to Salvation. We can’t administer salvation if we are fighting our enemy with bloodied fists but we can when we allow God to work though our calm, compassionate, loving, forgiving self!
We learned this week how much the world hates us, if you are paying attention you have seen evil moving across the planet so fast that if your not grounded, it might have messed your head up. You saw Doctors, nurses, various politicians and many younger and older people come out against Charlie Kirk praising his death and threatening you and me.
Jesus said this was going to happen! Now it’s up to you to take stock and make some decisions who to continue to support and who to get away from. Battle lines are being drawn but for a war that isn’t ours to fight. Well not yet at least. John 15:18 Revelation 20:7-10
The best thing we can do right now is spread the love that Christ gave to us. Read your bible, bury your nose in that scripture because I’m here to tell you biblical stuff is happening super fast and Prophecy is coming true faster than we can blink an eye. We are in the end times and Jesus tells us to be awake and on guard!
But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what part of the night the thief was coming, he would have stayed awake and would not have let his house be broken into. ~ Matthew 24:43
For you yourselves are fully aware that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. ~ 1 Thessalonians 5:2
Don’t give into the world, Don’t give into the flesh. Stay strong and know that God will have vengeance and we will be vindicated in the end! Our job is to step up and jump in where Charlie Kirk was taken out. Let us represent our Lord Jesus so that even our enemies will see and give glory to God!
